These sessions are your opportunity to reflect, realign, and set new objectives, all tailored to your unique fitness journey.


What is a Success Session?

A Success Session is a one-on-one call with your Bsweat coach designed to assess your progress, address any challenges, and set new, achievable goals. Over the course of 6 weeks, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that will keep you motivated and on track.

Why Do We Hold Success Sessions?

We believe that consistency and accountability are key to achieving lasting results. Success Sessions provide a structured opportunity to:

What to Expect During Your Success Session

Each session is customized based on your current status:

  • If You're Thriving: We’ll celebrate your wins, take progress photos, and discuss the next steps to keep your momentum going. We’ll also explore opportunities to challenge yourself further.

  • If You're Struggling: We’ll dive into what's holding you back, redefine your goals, and create a plan to overcome any roadblocks. Your coach will offer additional support, whether it’s in the form of personal training, nutrition advice, or recalibrating your expectations.
