Request a membership hold or change
Please note the following:
Hold request forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement date.
Holds can only be a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 8 weeks.
Please select the dates you would like the hold to begin and finish on.
Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.
For changes, please advise what membership you would like to change to and from what date.
Downgrade of memberships require 21 days notice.
