At Bsweat, our group classes are kept small — just 10 people max per session (except Hyrox, which brings the community feel with a few more legends).

We run 3 class types designed to cover every base:

  • Energize – Functional fitness that blends strength, conditioning, and high energy. Each session is adapted to suit beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels — so no one’s left behind.

  • Volumize – Our strength-only program. Think upper body day, lower body day, and core + conditioning days to help you build lean muscle and move well.

  • Hyrox – A low-skill, high-energy conditioning class. Perfect for all fitness levels — just walk in, work hard, and leave feeling amazing. No complicated movements, just sweat and smiles.
